Official Rules

Sponsor

The 2026 Thanksgiving Fence Giveaway is sponsored by Same Day Fence Company, 1300 Ridenour Blvd., Suite 100, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152 (“Sponsor”).

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, estimate request, contract or other financial transaction is necessary to enter or win.

Making a purchase or doing business with Same Day Fence Company will not increase an entrant's odds of winning.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 22, 2026.

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Are the legal homeowner/owner of the residential property where the prize would be installed.
• Have legal authority to authorize installation of the fence at the property.
• Own a residential property located within Metro Atlanta, Georgia and within Same Day Fence Company's residential service area.
• Submit a complete and truthful entry during the Promotion Period.

Existing and Former Customer / Client Exclusion

Existing or former Same Day Fence Company customers or clients are not eligible to enter or win.

An entrant is considered an existing or former customer/client if, before October 1, 2026, the entrant, anyone in the entrant's household, or the property listed in the entry has purchased, contracted for, or received paid fence or material services from Same Day Fence Company.

Sponsor may compare all entries against customer records before conducting the random drawing.

Individuals who previously requested an estimate but never purchased or contracted for services remain eligible, provided they otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.

Other Ineligible Persons

The following individuals are also not eligible:

• Owners, officers and employees of Same Day Fence Company.
• Immediate household members of those individuals.
• Regular subcontractors or individuals directly involved in administering, verifying or selecting the winner.
• Anyone who submits false, misleading, incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent information.

How to Enter

To enter, visit the official Same Day Fence Company Thanksgiving Fence Giveaway page during the Promotion Period and complete the official online entry form.

The entry form requires homeowner and property information, eligibility confirmations, and a fence drawing or sketch showing the proposed fence layout, approximate measurements and gate location.

The homeowner's drawing may be hand drawn and does not need to be professionally prepared for purposes of entering the Giveaway.

Entry Limit

Limit one entry per household and one entry per property during the Promotion Period.

Multiple submissions using different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, household members or other methods to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification of all related entries.

The Prize

One verified winner will receive:

• Up to 150 linear feet of new 6-foot pressure-treated pine dog-ear privacy fence.
• One standard 4-foot walk gate.
• Standard fence materials.
• Professional installation by Same Day Fence Company.
• Removal and disposal of an existing fence located along the replacement fence line, when applicable.
• Normal fence-line clearing and site preparation reasonably required for installation.
• Standard jobsite cleanup and haul-away associated with the winning fence installation.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the maximum 150-linear-foot prize package is $,4000.

Actual prize value may be lower depending on the amount of fencing and included work required at the winning property.

Items Not Included

The following are not included in the prize and remain the homeowner's responsibility:

• Permit fees.
• HOA fees.
• HOA approval.
• Governmental, HOA or architectural drawings, site plans or plot plans.
• Professional land surveys.
• Property-line determination.
• Staining or sealing of the fence.
• Fence footage beyond the 150-foot prize limit.
• Additional gates beyond the included 4-foot walk gate.
• Premium fence upgrades or alternate fence materials.
• Retaining walls, drainage systems, major grading, utility relocation or work outside normal fence installation.

Additional Footage and Upgrades

If the winner's desired fence exceeds 150 linear feet, the winner may purchase additional footage at Same Day Fence Company's then-current pricing.

The winner may also request additional gates or an available fence upgrade.

Any upgrade or additional work is subject to Sponsor approval, and the winner will be responsible for all additional costs.

Homeowner Drawing, Property Lines and Approvals

Each entrant is required to upload a simple fence drawing or sketch as part of the Giveaway entry.

The drawing should show the proposed fence layout, approximate measurements and intended gate location.

If the winner's HOA, city, county or another governmental authority requires an official drawing, site plan, plot plan or other document, the winner is responsible for preparing and providing that document.

Same Day Fence Company may provide basic fence specifications or installation information but is not responsible for creating professional surveys, engineered plans, architectural drawings or legal property-line determinations.

The winner is responsible for identifying the legal property boundaries and obtaining any required HOA approval or other authorization before installation.

Site Feasibility

Prize installation is subject to Sponsor's determination that the project can be performed legally and safely using reasonable residential fence-installation methods.

Installation may require utility locating, property-line confirmation, required governmental or HOA approvals, suitable site access and other customary installation conditions.

If the selected property cannot legally or safely receive the prize, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate eligible winner.

Random Drawing and Odds

On or about November 23, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period after removing duplicate and ineligible entries.

One potential winner will be selected.

Sponsor may also select alternate potential winners in ranked order in case the first potential winner cannot be verified or is disqualified.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of Sponsor's initial notification, unless Sponsor provides additional time.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide:

• Government-issued identification.
• Proof of ownership of the property.
• Verification of Giveaway eligibility.
• Any reasonably required prize-acceptance, eligibility or publicity documentation.
• Tax documentation, including a completed Form W-9 when required.

Failure to complete verification within the required period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Announcement

After eligibility has been verified, Sponsor intends to announce the winner on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026.

The winner may be identified publicly by name and city.

The winner's street address, telephone number, email address, identification documents and tax information will not be publicly disclosed.

Installation Scheduling

Fence installation will be scheduled after winner verification, site review, utility locating, property-line confirmation and completion of any required approvals.

Actual installation timing may be affected by weather, site conditions, material availability, utility locating, HOA approval, government permitting or other reasonable project conditions.

Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner may be required to provide tax information to Sponsor, and Sponsor may issue applicable tax-reporting documentation as required by law.

No Cash Alternative or Transfer

The prize is intended for installation at the eligible residential property listed in the winning entry.

The prize may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or property.

No cash alternative will be provided except where Sponsor determines that a lawful substitute is necessary because of circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Publicity and Project Photography

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize may permit Sponsor to identify the winner by name and city and to photograph or video the completed fence project for reasonable promotional purposes.

Sponsor may request a separate written photography, video or publicity release before using identifiable images of the winner or private areas of the property.

Privacy

Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form may be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact the potential winner and maintain required records.

Entry into the Giveaway does not automatically enroll an entrant in promotional email or text-message marketing unless the entrant separately provides applicable consent.

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.
• Submits duplicate or fraudulent entries.
• Attempts to manipulate the entry or drawing process.
• Violates these Official Rules.
• Threatens, harasses or interferes with Sponsor, other entrants or administration of the Giveaway.

Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, legal restriction, security incident or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity, safety or lawful operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Same Day Fence Company.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, X, Nextdoor, WhatsApp, NewsBreak or any other social-media or technology platform on which the Giveaway may be promoted.

Winner Information

After the verified winner has been announced, a request for the winner's name and city may be sent to:

Requests should be submitted within 60 days after November 26, 2026.

Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia.
